Transport of Business Configuration

Transport of Business Configuration is the mechanism by which developers and administrators move client-dependent business configuration settings across SAP BTP system landscapes. Because business configuration is client-dependent, it requires dedicated transport handling, which can be performed via a software component of type Business Configuration or via software components of type Development. Developers use this capability to promote custom business configuration objects — created to enrich business processes — from one environment to another in a controlled way.
